How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Kept at room temperature and sealed in the original packaging, cookies will stay fresh for 5-7 days.
Can the cookies be kept in the fridge or freezer?
Cookies can be stored in the fridge and will stay fresh for up to one week. As well, cookies can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Are the cookies gluten-free?
Unfortunately, our cookies contain gluten.
Do the cookies contain any nut ingredients?
Yes, we use almond milk and some of our cookies are made with nuts. Be sure to read each cookie description carefully, especially if you have nut allergies.
How long will it take for me to receive my order once it’s placed?
Deliveries are made every Friday.
The last day to place an order for delivery is Sunday at 3 PM
Orders can be picked up between Thursday & Friday.

Do you offer free pickups?
Yes, orders can be picked up at no extra cost. Please be sure to select ‘pickup’ during the checkout process.
Do you offer mixed batches?
Unless advertised, we do not offer mixed batches. There is a minimum of 6 cookies per flavour for each order.
What happens if I made a mistake during the ordering process and the order has gone through?
It happens. If you’ve made a mistake during the ordering process, contact us through the contact page on the website. We are able to make the necessary adjustments to your order within the first few hours before we begin preparing it.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
Our shipping carriers will leave a notice on your door that they attempted to deliver. If not please check the tracking details the day your order is expected to arrive. If you're unable to receive the order then expect pickup details to be listed on the tracking information or on the attempted delivery slip. Please note we do our best to stay up to date with your deliveries. However, once it's picked up from the carrier we don't have any control or communication with the carrier.
